NeoBeauty is the first in-house brand from NeoMarketing, born out of passion, resilience, and a love for beauty that empowers. Our founder, Neo, has spent years helping brands across different industries grow and thrive – but one category was always missing: beauty.
After chasing opportunities with luxury FMCG brands and getting a few polite (and not-so-polite) rejections, Neo decided to create her own. What started as a spark of determination has now bloomed into a vibrant line of luxury vegan liquid lip colours, made to celebrate every kind of lip, every kind of story, and every kind of beauty.
For Neo, this is deeply personal.
Growing up, she was often body-shamed for having big lips – the kind of teasing that leaves an imprint. She also battled anaemia, leaving her lips pale and washed-out. But then, she discovered lipstick. That first swipe of colour wasn’t just makeup – it was confidence, joy, and self-expression all in one. She promised herself that one day, she’d create a lipstick brand that made others feel the same way.
NeoBeauty is that promise fulfilled.
This brand is more than lipstick – it’s a celebration of individuality, strength, and self-love. Each shade is crafted with intention, designed to suit the rich diversity of beauty across Africa and beyond. We believe in inclusivity, quality, and empowering everyone to feel bold, beautiful, and unapologetically themselves.
Venturing into retail is new territory for us, but we’re embracing the challenge.
